‘The Big Bang Theory’ season 8, episode 12 preview: Sheldon versus poor signal

Big Bang Theory -There is a new episode of “The Big Bang Theory” airing on CBS tomorrow night, and we can seemingly say one thing already after watching the new sneak peek below from CBS: Sheldon Cooper is not going to be a happy camper for at least part of it.

In case you have not heard before, one of the major storylines in this episode will revolve around Jim Parsons’ character being brought along on a trip where his girlfriend Amy, along with Penny, shop for dresses. As any man who dislikes fashion knows, this can be a pretty difficult trip sometimes to take. If you don’t bring activities for yourself, it’s worse; also, it feels like forever if you go into it with a terrible attitude quite like Sheldon has.

One other thing that we love about this sneak peek is that it addressed a question that we first had when we saw the photo above: Why didn’t Sheldon bring a phone with him? As it turns out, there is no cell service in the store, which means that he is left entirely to his own devices. This cannot be good.

It doesn’t feel like this is a story that is designed for anything more than laughs, which can be okay. With that being said, it does have a hard challenge coming on after a few of the show’s strongest episodes this season, where it felt like we were seeing the show allowing its characters to take some steps forward in their lives.
