‘Scandal’ season 4, ‘The Good Wife’ season 6, ‘Arrow’ season 3, ‘The Flash’ honored at PaleyFest

More scoop -To us, PaleyFest is a blast. you get a chance to see panels of some of your favorite stars and content creators, and you typically know that if you are invited to attend, you are probably doing something very right with your program.

So who are the recipients of this honor for the event, which takes place from March 6-13? While there is not a full list out there just yet, the center has confirmed that the first four shows to be featured include “Scandal,” “The Good Wife,” “Arrow,” and “The Flash.” First and foremost, this is a huge achial

The Goodevement for the latter shows especially. It historically has not been easy for The CW to be taken seriously, but these two shows, coupled with “Jane the Virgin’s” recent Golden Globe nominations, have really helped to change that culture. Seeing both “Scandal” and “The Good Wife” there are not anywhere near a surprise; they are frequently nominated shows, and one of them has Shonda Rhimes on board as showrunner.

What is somewhat interesting here is all of the travel that will need to be done for some of these series to even get there. “The Good Wife” films its new episodes in New York, while “Arrow” and “The Flash” are both up in Vancouver. Given that March is still a part of production, we assume that there will be a day or two when these casts fly down, do the panel, and then fly right back up. It it similar to how some handle Comic-Con when they are already in production.

While “The Good Wife” is already back on the air, “The Flash” and “Arrow” will return on January 20 and 21, respectively. Meanwhile, “Scandal” comes back on ABC on Thursday, January 29.
