‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 5, episode 15 preview: Troian Bellisario, Keegan Allen, and tension in ‘Fresh Meat’
“Pretty Little Liars” returned Tuesday night with new episodes, and the Liars made it very clear from start to finish: They want to do just about everything that they can in order to incriminate Alison as “A” and the murderer of Mona.
However, that is not exactly an easy task. Not only that, but the one person that Spencer thought was going to be an ace in the hole could turn out to be anything but: Toby. Based on the full synopsis below for the upcoming “Fresh Meat,” Troian Bellisario and Keegan Allen’s characters will be at odds, and the major reason why seems to be related to the central case in the story:
“Toby’s new position in the Rosewood police department was to give the PLLs an upper hand on finally closing the door to Ali/”A’s” game. But when a surprising bit of evidence shows up, Toby is put in a difficult position with his job and with Spencer. Not one to trust the police or evidence “surprisingly” showing up, Spencer tries to convince Toby to stray from his moral gut reaction, which puts stress on their relationship.
“Meanwhile, Emily and Aria take drastic measures to keep control of situations that are out of their hands and that could affect their future.”
For Aria’s future in particular, most of it seems tied to college; meanwhile, Emily has matters of the heart very much at mind. given that there are stories that the season ahead is going to be a romantic one, we want to think that this means some happiness could be finally coming in her direction.
