‘The Bachelor’ spoilers: Chris Harrison slaps Chris Soules, we prepare for ‘live event’

Fans of “The Bachelor,” rejoice! The time for waiting is almost at an end. Monday night is the beginning of Chris Soules’ journey to find something, whether that something is love, lust, heartache, or complete insanity. We can never quite figure it out when it comes to this show.

There are a few things that we know: Chris will kiss someone during the premiere, we will see someone else cry in the near future, and Chris Harrison will at one point slap Soules across the face after he apparently asks for it. Also, this is going to be a three-hour live event, which is basically the craziest thing that we’ve seen the show do with a premiere to date. While there are probably enough women on the show, and things going on, to justify it, it’s still a lot of time to ask someone to commit to a show and to people they’ve never met before. Plus, “The Celebrity Apprentice” is on over at NBC, and it feels like a trainwreck in the making already.

Here are a few things to watch out for over the course of the live broadcast.

1. Will there actually be a decent concentration of men in the audience? Male “Bachelor” fans, present yourselves!

2. If Chris Harrison actually interviews members of the crowd, will anyone have the guts to claim that they don’t love Chris or find him to be the most attractive man alive?

3. Will there be any cameos from other former contestants?
