ABC’s ‘Resurrection’ season 2, episode 11 preview: ‘True Believer,’ and a ‘True Blood’ alum
Are you ready to see what lies ahead on “Resurrection“? Well, early reports and indications suggest that next week’s “True Believer” has the potential to be truly interesting. ABC is at least doing a good job of hyping it up, which is even more important when you remember that there are only a few episodes left.
The next episode is entitled “True Believer,”and one of the biggest things to look forward to here is getting to see Jim Parrick as Preacher James! His return is not going to be well met by everyone in the town, and you can expect there to be all sorts of drama as a result. Take a look at the official synopsis below:
“The return of Preacher James brings an ominous new energy to the town, especially for Bellamy who seems to have a strange and unnerving connection to him. Now a detainee at the government facility, Margaret keeps to herself but her reputation precedes her and the other returned definitely take notice. Then the unthinkable happens to Henry which shakes everybody’s faith to their core.”
This is the time when the show really needs to think about its legacy, and where exactly it wants to go moving into the final episodes. How do you end the show that has such a high concept? How do you explain everything? If there is one thing that we want to see here, it is a focus on the characters. We want to see them find hope and happiness much more so than we want to see some long-winded explanation.
Also, we really hope that Henry manages to come back.
