‘The Big Bang Theory’ season 8: Kaley Cuoco takes on critics over ‘nose job’ claims

The big bang theoryKaley Cuoco-Sweeting has spent most of the past few days in the headlines, but for a reason other than “The Big Bang Theory.” Instead, she has been dealing with not only nasal surgery, but also the aftermath that includes everyone speculating on said surgery.

After she first made the news about the operation clear on her Instagram page, comments came in suggested that the “sinus relief” part of the operation was just a cover for what was really a nose job. However, the actress corrected that in another post, giving the real explanation, but at the same time saying that she would have no problem sharing it if she did go under the knife.

“For those haters out there who are gonna hate hate hate no matter what, let me inform you that I have not been able to breath through my nose like a normal human being in years … This surgery is changing my life. With that being said, if I DID get a nose job, (which I didn’t) I would be shouting that from the rooftops as well.”

For those wondering, Cuoco-Sweeting can say this because she can back it up. In an interview with Cosmopolitan earlier this year, she discussed getting breast implants when she was 18, and called it “the best decision [she] ever made.” Obviously, she has no problem being candid about these sort of operations, so why wouldn’t she share?

More than likely Kaley will be back with all of her other co-stars early next year shooting new “Big Bang Theory” episodes. The next installment airs on Thursday, January 8.
