‘NCIS: New Orleans’ episode 11 video: Watch an explosive sneak peek right now
2015 is going to be a big one for everything TV, and over on CBS, they are not going to be wasting a whole lot of time at all before giving you new episodes of some of their shows.
For example, the first episode of “NCIS: New Orleans” in the new year, entitled “Baitfish,” is going to air come Tuesday, January 6. The new sneak peek below actually starts out rather sweet, and it shows a nice moment involving Agent Pride … then, an explosion happens, and everything is flipped on its head.
This is one of the most violent and dangerous scenes that the show has given us in its brief run on TV, and almost immediately after this bomb goes off, one question has to be asked: Was this intended for Scott Bakula’s character? Is there a loss of life that hangs over him now?
Bakula is the star and the strongest part of the cast, so now seems to be a great time to highlight him further with feelings of determination and possibly even guilt. Hopefully, this will create a moment on the show that is really worth discussing. While many episodes of “NCIS: New Orleans” have certainly been solid, we’re not sure that there have been enough so far that will convince fans unfamiliar with the “NCIS” franchise to watch. This sort of awareness is really something that many CBS shows all collectively struggle with, but what we want to see more then anything with this show is more personal background on these characters. How are we supposed to care about them if we don’t ever get any personal stories about them?
We’ll have some further news on this episode as we get a little closer to it airing, so stay tuned for more on that.

I am looking forward to the episode. The actors are in the skin of their characters and I already care a great deal for them. To the cast and crew, thank you for all that you do. I will post more after the episode.
