‘Top Chef: Boston’ episode 10 preview: How will Andy Cohen appear?
When you remember that Andy Cohen could practically be the czar of Bravo at this point, the man has a heck of a let of flexibility when it comes to how and why he can appear in some of his shows.
In terms of “Top Chef,” we imagine that the reason for his appearance on the next new episode (airing January 7) is simply because he loves the show, loves food, and he will probably be talking with some of these people in due time on “Watch What Happens Live.”
Our guess is that Cohen is appearing in the Quickfire Challenge in this episode, which is suggested even more by what we’ve seen in some video previews over the course of the season. As for some other expectations about this challenge, take a look at the short synopsis below:
“The chefs make ramen dishes using ingredients found in college dorm rooms. Later, food luminary Jacques Pepin tasks the contestants to prepare French dishes inspired by the techniques of Julia Child.”
If you are a college student out there, trust us when we say that you really want to be paying attention during this episode more than any other. You will get very sick of ramen very quickly otherwise.
There are only a small handful of contestants left, so one other thing that is going to be interesting to see is where the show plans to go moving forward. We’re almost to the point of leaving Boston for a new destination, and that throws the competition into a completely different gear.
