‘Blue Bloods’ season 5, episode 10 video: Watch a Donnie Wahlberg sneak peek!

While there may not be a new episode of “Blue Bloods” airing on CBS, we do come bearing some big news today: There are still many more installments coming up!

Specifically, you will get a chance to see the next new episode of the CBS series earlier than most others in 2015, given that it will be airing on Friday, January 2. The title here is “Sins of the Father,” and there may be a certain significance to this name. If you remember, much of the theme of this show revolves around the father / son relationship between Danny and Frank, and how they are able to handle the complications that come with not just being family, but both being a part of the police force in New York City.

The sneak peek video below is the beginning of a murder investigation, where we see that there is a murder victim who is very tied to a particular adult world. Just in terms of common crime stories, this is one that we’ve seen many times before. Then again, we feel that way with a good many of the stories that “Blue Bloods” brings to the table. What really makes them stand out for the most part is what they choose to do with some of these said stories after the fact.

If there is one other major tease that we’ll give for this particular episode now, it is that Frank is going to be struggling to tie up a particular loose end from his past. How far will he go in order to ensure success?
