‘Justified’ season 6 spoilers: First details on premiere ‘Fate’s Right Hand’
January 20 at 10:00 p.m. Eastern time is a date that any fan of “Justified” should keep fairly close to their heart. After all, this is when the final season of the drama, starring Timothy Olyphant and Walton Goggins, is going to premiere.
So what do we know about this episode right now? Let’s start with the title of “Fate’s Right Hand,” which is certainly an interesting name. However, it doesn’t give us much insight in how Raylan (Olyphant) is going to use Ava Crowder (Joelle Carter) to become an informant-of-sorts about Boyd (Goggins). Luckily, the synopsis below should be a little more helpful:
“In the final season premiere, Raylan guides Ava through the process of informing on Boyd and tries to turn Boyd’s old ally Dewey Crowe against him as well, all while Boyd works to pull off a daring heist right under Raylan’s nose.”
Above all else, what we really hope for from this final “Justified” season is a collection of episodes that really works hard to influence one point above any other: Boyd is now the Big Bad, and the entire season is a cat-and-mouse game between him and Raylan. While we’ve enjoyed some of the other characters over the years, including Dewey Crowe, we want to see this series end with a face-off.
In the end, having it end with Boyd and Raylan would be somewhat ironic, given that the show was at one point only planning to have Boyd around for the pilot.
Is there anything that you are hoping to see specifically on the final season of “Justified”? Be sure to let us know now with a comment below!

I hope that the series stays true to its story. That one’s character most often determines one’s fate and -as it is very difficult to change your true character – you cannot escape your fate. You can’t just become someone else. No matter how much you might want to, your nature will win out.
