‘The Flash’ spoilers: ‘The Tomorrow People’ alum Peyton List signs up

Clearly, “The Flash” likes to use actors from “The Tomorrow People” in just about any way that it can. We already knew that Robbie Amell was playing none other than Ronnie Raymond / Firestorm (Victor Garber also has a part to play here); now, the CW series has found a role for Amell’s former co-star in Peyton List.

According to “Access Hollywood,” List, who played Cara on the sci-fi show before its cancellation last spring, is going to appear in “Rogue Time,” the upcoming 16th episode of this season, as Lisa Snart, the sister of Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller) who in the comics eventually bears the moniker the Golden Glider. The show version of her is a sly character, desperate to show to her brother that she is capable of being a part of his criminal organization. However, he is going to resist bringing her on board for a multitude of different reasons.

Eventually, Lisa may end up using her sexuality to get what she wants, and eventually, this could lead to Cisco Ramon being caught in her crosshairs. We know that Cisco is someone who loves crushing on the ladies, judging from how he acted around Bette a.k.a. Plastique in the short amount of time that she was in this world.

As with most other characters, we imagine that List has the potential to recur. More than anything, we’re just excited about the potential of getting another female villain on this show, given that it is mostly men who are the top adversaries to Barry Allen. Maybe someday Killer Frost will emerge, but that does not seem to be anything coming in the near future.
