‘Once Upon a Time’ season 4, episode 11 preview: The Regina, Robin Hood, Marian love triangle and more

There are many major threads that need to be addressed on the big “Once Upon a Time” winter finale Sunday night, and we feel like they go something like this: The “Frozen” story needs to be wrapped, we need to see the Queens of Darkness arrive, Rumpelstiltskin’s plan needs to be addressed, and we also need to figure out the future of Regina and Robin Hood.

For this article, we have script teases from co-creator Adam Horowitz on a pair of those subjects, starting first and foremost with Rumple and Belle. Where does their relationship stand? It’s not on the best footing, since the tease below makes it clear that she is perhaps getting herself involved in something that Rumple feels she has ultimately no real business doing.

As for tease #2, think of this one as something themed much more around Marian and Regina, thinking about who is going to be chosen by the Prince of Thieves. Marian seems to be aware at this point that Robin’s heart is with Regina, and maybe that is a strong indicator that she will be the pick.

With that being said, we are not going to get our hopes up too much at the moment. How many times have we seen on this show a moment that made it look like Regina was finally going to get a little bit of love, only for it to be snatched away at the last second? It may be very sad, but it is also very true.

Hopefully, we’ll have some further insight at the end of tonight’s episode, when we have not just a review, but also a preview for what lies ahead.
