Tonight, “Blue Bloods” aired an all-new episode entitled “Under the Gun,” and this was one that featured controversy even away from the force as Danny tried to convince his wife that working as a nurse in a dangerous area wasn’t the best move.
The thing about this show is that there is always a steady mixture of crime-solving and police politics, and that is something that we almost definitely see continuing on into the New Year.
Unfortunately, we cannot confirm just yet when the next episode will air. Given that there is a new “Hawaii Five-0” episode on January 2, it may be easy to assume that this would be when “Blue Bloods” is going to follow that up. However, CBS has not released an official description or anything for an episode airing on this day, and they have done this for “Hawaii Five-0.”
Ultimately, we do believe pretty confidently that there will be some new episodes airing in January, and this is something that we are going to discuss and touch on a whole lot more as we get closer to it airing. Let’s just hope for some more intense stories for Donnie Wahlberg, Tom Selleck, and the rest of the cast; this show has stayed the course for the most part this season, but we feel like it has also proved that it can stand the test of time; also, there’s something to be said for the massive viewership that this show continues to pull in, despite airing at what we feel to be a pretty terrible time.
