‘Two and a Half Men’ season 12, episode 7 video: Walden’s relationship dilemma

This season on “Two and a Half Men,” Walden’s desire to have a child, and then raise it with Alan, has been motivated primarily by one dilemma: He cannot find anyone else to be with, and he is tired of waiting.

So what happens when he starts to enter the dating pond again? That is the focus of Thursday night’s new episode, as he gets closer to a mom that he meets while out. These two certainly get at least a little intimate, and this poses a big problem: What to with Alan. Also, how do you keep this a secret from your foster child Louis?

At this point, Walden and Alan have to be aware that any move they make could cost them their child, and their adoption is still a delicate situation. Getting one based on the very foundation of a lie is not an easy thing to deal with in the first place.

Let’s face it: This is a sitcom, and if the secret about Walden’s “marriage” was never revealed, the show would be somewhat boring. Therefore, we have to believe that at some point, this is something that will be revealed to the devastation of everyone. The questions you have to ask yourself as follow-ups right now are when the secret will be revealed, and if there is enough time for everything to be fixed before the big series finale.
