‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 5, episode 13 preview: Looking beyond Christmas for Lucy Hale, cast

Tuesday night’s new episode of “Pretty Little Liars” is going to be a huge one, and for a variety of different reasons. It’s Christmas, and yet at the same time there are going to be plenty of scares and surprises. There will be returning favorites (Mona as the ghost of Christmas Past, Present, and Future), and hopefully some answers to some longtime mysteries.

With all of this said, what about what comes after this big episode of the show? There is something to be said for that, as well! Speaking on this subject via People Magazine, executive producer Marlene King stated that there is quite a bit to look forward to, including what may be one of the show’s best finales that we have seen so far:

“I love the upcoming season. It’s very different for us. We see some sides to the show we’ve never seen before. We are moving forward at a more rapid pace now. We just finished shooting the finale, and I’ll quote our director of photography when he said, ‘We can’t drop the ball on this one, it’s by far our most important episode to date.’ That is a very big, special episode.”

Ultimately, the one thing that we can say pretty confidently here is that this seems to be a heck of a season ahead, and even though there may not be Mona in the present anymore, there is still a lot of other great twists to look forward to.
