‘Bones’ season 10 spoilers: Show boss on emotional times ahead for Booth

Are there some crazy times ahead on “Bones” season 10? If nothing else, it at least seems like there will be some emotional moments coming up for the Booth character, as well … at least once we get past the 200th episode and into some of the more emotional moments airing on Fox next year.

Want to get some more specifics on that subject? Speaking to TV Guide, executive producer Stephen Nathan made it clear that the history that David Boreneaz’s character

“Booth is going to confront a couple demons from his past … He’s in Gambler’s Anonymous and we’ve had hints of that. But that’s going to come back in a more powerful way than we’ve seen in the past.”

We’re all for seeing some more stories that challenge Booth and push him to the limits, and in the end, we just want to see the show continue to have interesting storylines as we get closer and closer to the end of this season. It raises the odds of there being a season 11 for one, and we also want this one to be exciting!

The one thing that we are still waiting to hear a little bit more about is whether or not there will be a new major villain at the end of this season. We definitely want to see something like that, especially since the last major foe in the Ghost Killer turned out to be somewhat of a letdown.
