‘White Collar’ season 6, episode 4 preview: Matt Bomer’s Neal and a decision
With the final seas of “White Collar” at the halfway point, the USA drama is doing a good job already of circling back, and touching on many familiar themes that we’ve dealt with almost from the beginning of the show onward.
With this in mind, one of the biggest ones has always been whether or not Neal Caffrey wants his legacy to be as a good man. Is he a crime-fighter, an opportunist, or someone looking at his work as a means to an end? These questions will pop up extensively in “All’s Fair” Thursday night, which will in turn lead to some particular tense conversations between Matt Bomer’s character and Mozzie as they try to sort and figure some of these dilemmas out. Neal’s freedom is potentially at stake here … or at least so we think. As we’ve seen on the show many times already, there is a tendency for a twist to come in here at the last minute.
The one thing to keep in mind going into these final episodes is that if the cast and crew have their way, you may not be getting an end that ties everything together in a neat little bow. The priority seems to be instead to give you something that suits the series first and foremost, and does not try to end anything conveniently.
We’re sure that we will have a whole lot more in the way of “White Collar” scoop very soon, so be on the lookout for that.

I hate that it is ending. I am intrigued about how they will end it. I hope we get happy endings for Neal, Mozzie, Peter and El.
