‘Sleepy Hollow’ season 2, episode 12 preview: When will Tom Mison, cast reutrn?

Tonight, “Sleepy Hollow” aired an episode that was exciting, but at the same time, stuffed full of questions that we’re going to be waiting on answers for.

One of these such questions we can at least answer right now: The show returns for new episodes in January, where it will tackle the handful of big stories that remain. The biggest one is what happens to purgatory now; with Moloch gone, who is going to lead the way? We’re not going to sit here and presume that things are going to suddenly be easy for Ichabod and Abbie, and we also do not trust Henry despite his move at the end of the episode.

Also, there are a few other storylines that you can expect to be touched on almost immediately in the next episode.

1. The state of the Crane marriage. While the good news for now is that Ichabod and Katrina are still alive, they are not entirely together as a couple at the moment. Is that going to change in any clear way? We’ll have to wait to find out.

2. Is Irving really dead? We’ll believe that when we see it, since this is a man who has found a way to survive a number of terrible / crazy circumstances already. It’s easy to think that he will be back still in some form.

3. Obviously, Abbie and Jenny still have a huge role in whatever comes next, but was is it? Can they breathe a little easier now?
