NBC’s ‘Grimm’ season 4 spoilers: First details on winter finale
How long is “Grimm” going to be on the air this year? We have an answer to that, and it is precisely 12 days from today. You’ve got one more episode Friday, and then another one following that up on December 12. Ironically, the former of the two is Christmas-themed, which is a little atypical for most TV shows. Usually, they bring in the yuletide cheer for the last installment.
The winter finale this year has the title of “Chupacabra,” which is certainly a creature with its own history and mythology long before this show started to air. What this really means for the show is mostly that there is going to be an action-packed episode coming up, and specifically for some characters, that Nick will be a man in crisis. Just because he is a Grimm again does not exactly mean that everything is going to get better for him.
If you want to see some specifics in terms of what you can expect, the attached synopsis should suffice.
“An unsuspecting traveler brings a blood-sucking legend with him to Portland, and Nick (David Giuntoli) and Hank (Russell Hornsby) find themselves investigating the gruesome trail of “El Chupacabra.” Meanwhile, Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) and Rosalee (Bree Turner) prepare to leave for their long-overdue honeymoon as they are met with more threats regarding their marriage. Elsewhere, Viktor (guest star Alexis Denisof) and Adalind (Claire Coffee) decide to take a trip of their own, while Wu (Reggie Lee) decides to confront Nick about what he has been seeing.”
