‘Sleepy Hollow’ season 2 fall finale: New trailer is all sorts of awesome

As if you needed another reason to want to watch the fall finale of “Sleepy Hollow” Monday night, we feel like the trailer below provides you with everything you need and then some. It is intense, action-packed, and it certainly provides a few reminders in here of why we enjoy this show so much in the first place.

The first thing to take note of here is obviously the villain in Moloch. He is getting extremely close, with the help of his Horsemen, of merging the worlds of purgatory and earth. Basically, the end of days is near, and there are not many ways that Ichabod and Abbie can use in order to defeat him.

This is where Irving enters the picture, and really gets to do some awesome fighting with a sword. Since his soul was already promised over, the powers of this sword have no effect on him, and he can be a badass without any reason to be worried.

Will everyone survive this showdown? That is not assured, and we would be worried about a few characters at the very least. War does not come without casualty, and you have to imagine that the same would be said when you are dealing with something set around the end of the world.

This is not going to be the end of the series this season, as more will be coming up in the spring. Stay tuned for more coverage of what lies ahead, and also what could be in the finale.
