NBC’s ‘The Voice’ preview: Nick Jonas to perform ‘Jealous,’ RaeLynn to return
Let’s start here with Nick Jonas, who will be a part of the show on Monday in order to perform his new hit single “Jealous.” The timing of this one is pretty interesting, if for no other reason than that we ultimately saw a performance from Chris Jamison to this song a little over a week and a half ago. That was good promotion for Jonas, whose song is quickly skyrocketing up the pop charts. Quickly, he is turning out to be the member of the Jonas Brothers with the most potential moving forward.
Meanwhile, the Tuesday night show is going to feature RaeLynn, who is coming back on the show to perform “God Made Girls.” When you think about it, RaeLynn probably had more exposure on this show for a single contestant’s blind audition than any other in the seven-season history. She was the first person to audition during the season 2 Super Bowl show, which is when they had more viewers than we can possibly count here. She also is going to tour next year with Miranda Lambert, and has remained close to the Black Shelton inner circle since finishing her run on the show.
Of course, also this week we’ll have more performances from the top eight, and also some results.
