‘American Horror Story: Freak Show’ spoilers: Is someone else set to die?
Given the overall premise of “American Horror Story: Freak Show” and the direction of the story so far, should you really be that surprised that we are going to see a continued presence of death on the show? Well, you really shouldn’t be.
Beyond Wednesday night’s upcoming episode “Blood Bath,” we have some details about the two final episodes airing on FX this year. Based on the details that have been released, we are going to see everything from grieving to further problems for Bette and Dot courtesy of Stanley and Elsa.
Episode 4×09, “The Fat Lady Sings” (airing December 10) – “In the wake of a tragic loss, Jimmy sinks into a drunken despair. A reading from Maggie spurs Dandy to action. Stanley and Elsa track down the Twins.”
Episode 4×10, “Orphans” (airing December 17) – “The death of a Freak sparks troubling behavior in Pepper. Elsa reveals the history of the Freak Show. Desiree grows suspicious of Maggie.”
It should not be that hard to really figure out that the “troubling behavior” for Pepper could in some way be linked to her being shipped off to Briarcliff. This is something that will be coming before the end of the series, and Lily Rabe has already been confirmed to return as Sister Mary Eunice. This is the only time that we’re going to be seeing Rabe this season; we understand her desire to go off and do something a little different, but we wish that she was around more this year.
