‘Criminal Minds’ season 10 spoilers: Scoop on AJ Cook, memories from the past

While it may not be mentioned very much so far on “Criminal Minds” season 10, there is something that you really need to remember about the JJ character: Not all is completely forgotten yet when it comes to that kidnapping that took place during the 200th episode of the series.

According to a new report from TV Guide, an upcoming episode, the 11th one of the season, is going to focus very much on how AJ Cook’s character is still going through some tough times in the wake of what happened to her last year. As showrunner Erica Messer says, “it’s coming out in unexpected ways. She’s kind of internalizing it.”

Unfortunately, the tough thing about internalizing something is that it can not only come out in terrible ways, but also at terrible times. There’s no telling who she could end up exploding on or when she could break down, since it could be a random trigger for her.

It is welcome that there is at least something great coming up for this character, since the past few characters have been rather light on the JJ. Part of the reason for this is simply due to a variety of different factors, including the arrival of Jennifer Love Hewitt, and some of the stories that have focused on other members of the cast. For example, this past installment turned out to be a really significant one for the Rossi character, as he learned that he has a daughter.
