Is ‘Sons of Anarchy’ season 7, episode 12 ‘Red Rose’ new tonight?

Over the past eleven weeks or so, we’ve been here with you buckling in, turning on FX, and enjoying new episodes of “Sons of Anarchy” season 7.

Unfortunately, that’s not happening tonight. The tweet that we’ve included from creator Kurt Sutter really speaks for itself here in terms of the fact that there is no new episode tonight. “Red Rose” will air next week, and it will continue the emotional journey that we are on. “Suits of Woe” may have been one of the greatest installments of the entire series to date, mostly because they were able to cover so much ground with Jax and Gemma without any of it feeling forced or rushed by there only being a few episodes left.

Obviously, there is still quite a bit to be resolved on these final episodes. Charlie Hunnam’s character has to figure out what in the world he wants to do with his mother, and that is if he can even find her. Meanwhile, the fate of Juice still hangs in the balance, and Jax himself could face severe or even deadly punishment over what he did to Jury earlier this season by the Indian Hills charter.
