‘Glee’ season 6: Chris Colfer expands role as author further

Kurt -So far, Chris Colfer has established quite a career for himself as an author, and has done it in a relatively short amount of time. His entires in The Land of Stories have been by and large acclaimed with readers, and done the rare thing in established for himself a post-“Glee” career without the show being over yet. Basically, we feel like he is set up for his future better than anyone else on the show.

So what does that future entail? Well, we’ve got a little more in the way of information there right now. Colfer has signed to do two more books with Little, Brown and Company based on his series, which will come out next year and in the summer that follows. Also, he plans on writing picture books that are tied to the world on the show, and also some other companion books to be a part of a holiday boxed set next year. Basically, the actor is building a literary empire.

We’ve been trying to come up with a reason as to why Colfer has managed to be so proficient with writing in such a short amount of time, and the only definitive answer that we have at the moment is this: The man is secretly an android who can live his entire life on double-time.

“Glee” only has thirteen episodes for its final season, but the premiere is going to be airing come Friday, January 9. That’s not so far away anymore! For the longest time, it felt like we were going to be waiting forever to see when we would see some of these beloved faces again on the screen.
