‘Law & Order: SVU’ season 16, episode 9 preview: ‘Pattern Seventeen’ air date, Kelli Giddish story
Let’s hope that tonight’s new episode of “Law & Order: SVU” is enough to satisfy you for a while. After all, there is not going to be another installment of the show for a few weeks.
“Pattern Seventeen” is the next episode of the NBC hit, and we now know that it is officially going to air come Wednesday, December 10. This could be a big episode for a few characters, but there is not a whole lot of information out there about it right now. The producers are for the most part staying mum, and so is the network. We figure that there will be some more scoop released when it comes to the episode very soon, and we will have some more news then.
What we can at least tell you for now is that you are going to see more of Rollins (Kelli Giddish) and her past. TV Guide reported a little earlier this season that you are going to see Harry Hamlin of “Mad Men” fame on board here as her former boss, which should bring in some other great background into the character. We don’t expect that we are going to get all of the answers in regards to her time in Atlanta, but maybe this will be a solid foundation.
Also, we are going to be seeing some other recurring characters in this episode, as well, and we will have a little bit information in that regard also soon.

I just hope nothing bad is going to happen to Det. Rollins in this episode. I don’t know if She has been raped or anything in any of her previous episodes(We know Mariska has) but it isn’t something I want to see happen to her. I ‘m pretty sure she was taken advantage of by some of her male co-workers down in Atlanta. We may get to find out how often it happened and how it affected her.
