‘The X Factor’ UK notes: Jake Quickenden on ‘I’m a Celebrity’, Louis Walsh drama
The “breaking” story right now regarding “The X Factor” UK is something that a few out there may have predicted for a little while, and that is the rumor that Jake Quickenden looks to be going right down to the jungle to participate in this season of “I’m a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here.”
The tweet below has been used as strong evidence that he will be joining the show as a last-minute contestant, and can you really be shocked by this? We are not, and mostly due to the fact that ITV loves to promote their own properties, and out of the contestants who are available to do the show, he makes the most sense due to the visual eye candy, and the fact that he would probably be very popular in this setting.
Had Stevi Ritchie been eliminated before now, we imagine that he would have also probably been a candidate.
Louis Walsh drama – This just end (sarcastically): There are quite a few people on “The X Factor” right now reasonably displeased with judge Louis Walsh. Here is what a source reportedly told Now Magazine on the subject:
“The three judges are barely speaking to Louis right now. Simon’s sick of him winding everyone up and tensions have been mounting for weeks.
“Cheryl and Mel keep saying they’re not sure they can put up with him for the rest of the series. Simon reminds them they only have until Christmas, but he also finds it hard not to lose his cool over Louis’ attitude.”
The truth here is that Louis does need to go. Not only does he seem apathetic in his critiques, but he seems like he doesn’t even remember the names of Stereo Kicks some of the time.
