‘Game of Thrones’ season 5 spoilers: Has Natalie Dormer finished filming?

Natalie Dormer is still in the middle of an extensive promotional tour for the latest edition of “The Hunger Games,” and while she in theory is meant to be doing press for the feature film, did you really think that this was going to stop people from asking all sorts of assorted questions about the future of “Game of Thrones“? Probably not.

For the latest example of this, we turn to the subject of what is going to be coming up on this fifth season, and on a very-entertaining interview that the actress behind Margaery Tyrell gave on “Conan” this week. The unfortunate news is that she did not say too much about her story moving forward, save that the show has finally caught up now to where her character is in the books. Also, she made it clear that she is through filming at least for now.

As for how Dormer wants to see her character die, she and Conan went off on an interesting little riff speculating about what could be the character’s fate. Personally, we’d be the happiest to see her go in an extremely dramatic fashion if she does, and Conan suggested something involving both a dragon and a volcano for some extra drama.

If we are being 120% honest here, though, what we would most like to see from her character moving forward is her to make it to the very end of things, just as a way of further representing that despite this being a brutal, violent world, the real way to the top is still through manipulation and being extremely smart.
