When will ‘Arrow’ season 3, ‘Supernatural’ season 10, others return after Christmas?
There is quite a bit to look forward to from The CW early next year, and one of the real benefits that come from the network starting a little later int he fall is that it does enable for there to be a little more in the way of programming coming up in the spring.
Specifically, what we have for you here (via SpoilerTV) are the full list of dates for when many of your favorite TV shows are going to come back on the air. Take a look at some of them below, and note that the January 9 start for “Hart of Dixie” was reported a long while ago.
January 19 – “The Originals” and “Jane the Virgin”
January 20 – “The Flash” and “Supernatural”
January 21 – “Arrow” and “The 100”
January 22 – “The Vampire Diaries” and “Reign”
All of the air dates are in the same timeslots that they were in during the fall, and it feels pretty clear that The CW has no immediate desire to make any sweeping changes here. Then again, remember that they ultimately do not have many reasons to. While “The Vampire Diaries” is down year-to-year, “The Flash” has shown itself to be a pretty substantial hit on Tuesdays, and “The Originals” has at least improved the Monday lineup to a certain extent. Overall, we feel like the lineup is slightly improved over last year, though “Reign” and “Jane the Virgin” are a little weaker when it comes to the 18-49 demographic.
Stay tuned, since we’ll have further coverage on all these shows right now.
