‘Arrow’ season 3 spoilers: ‘The Brave and the Bold’ continues ‘Flash’ crossover

Arrow -Great news for all of those preparing for the big “Arrow” / “Flash” crossover event early next month: We now have even more details about what you can expect, and it certainly seems to be pretty exciting.

Earlier, we shared some of the details for “Flash vs. Arrow,” which is the first part of the event on December 2. The following day, “The Brave and the Bold” will be the finishing point of it. This will shift the setting back to Starling City after spending some time in Central City in the previous installment, but what may be the biggest surprise here is that just as much as the team has to worry about Captain Boomerang, ARGUS could end up being a problem for them. Lyla is going to be back in the picture here, and there could be some carry-over from what we saw in the recent “Corto Maltese” episode about how deep Amanda Waller’s claws are sunk into Diggle’s girlfriend.

You can see all of the details right now below:

“Oliver (Stephen Amell), Arsenal (Colton Haynes) and Diggle (David Ramsey) track down the location of a boomerang-wielding killer named Digger Harkness but are surprised when they come face to face with an A.R.G.U.S. team. Diggle asks Lyla why A.R.G.U.S. is involved but she defers until Harkness attacks the building, killing several agents and targeting Lyla. The Arrow joins the fight and gets help from an old friend – The Flash (guest star Grant Gustin). Harkness manages to get away and Oliver teams up with Barry again to find him before he can get to Lyla. When Harkness plants five bombs in the city that are timed to explode at the same time, both teams must come together to save the city.”

This sounds epic, and also super-entertaining. We don’t quite imagine that it will tie a whole lot into any other storylines, but at the same time it really doesn’t need to. The only major goal this episode should have is finding a way to get you excited about seeing so many of these characters in one place.
