‘Once Upon a Time’ season 4 spoilers: ‘Darkness on the Edge of Town’
For all of those who have not heard, “Once Upon a Time” season 4 is taking a page in a big way from the third season of the show. Namely, they are dividing the season up into halves. The first part of the run will continue along the story of the “Frozen” characters, while the second half revolves all around something a little more mysterious.
For a time, it seemed assured that Kristin Bauer van Straten’s Maleficent was going to be at the center of the mayhem, but we are not entirely so sure on that right now. After all, we now know that there is another prominent Disney villain on board, and there are some seeds being planted for that to be a big story.
Regardless of who the primary villains are for the second half of the story, the title for the spring premiere of the show is simple: “Darkness on the Edge of Town.” There’s really not anything too theoretical to analyze here. The name really speaks for itself. There are some dark things taking place in Storybrooke, and this episode is going to revolve around trying to figure out how in the world to handle it, and whether or not these people are going to even have a few minutes to relax.
Personally, we’d like to see at least a small time jump … mostly to help make it feel like Henry is really getting as old as he looks.

I think it will be Merlin because of the hat. It would be so awesome if it was Merlin. Then they could have a battle between Rumple and Merlin to see who the better magician is. They could also have Camelot be in the storyline
