‘Two and a Half Men’ season 12, episode 3 preview: Things get meta with Charlie Sheen
If you wanted to see some crazy things on “Two and a Half Men,” you’re probably going to get them on TV Thursday night.
The title for this upcoming episode is “Gamping in a Yurt,” which is certainly silly. What’s also silly? Watching Alan and Walden get really uncomfortable while kissing one another. This may be the first time we’ve really felt negative on this story, mostly because this gag is so tired. If these guys had a plan like this, don’t you think they would ensure that things weren’t obviously so awkward before they went into an interview with a social worker? Maybe we are thinking too much when it comes to logic, given that the rules of logic are not something that the show follows in just about any other situation.
For a prime example of this, just look at the end of the promo, when Alan yells at Lyndsey that “Charlie Sheen doesn’t live here anymore” when she shows up at the beach house without a top on. The last time we saw the character, she was seeing her entire life fall apart. Her marriage to Larry did not happen, and Alan’s own relationship with Larry’s sister also fell apart.
Let this be proof that even though Alan is now a married man, Lyndsey is not entirely out of the picture, at least not yet. We still believe that he could very much be endgame, since we are just going to wait and see what happens.
