‘Once Upon a Time’ season 4, episode 8 preview: ‘Smash the Mirror,’ troubles for Jennifer Morrison’s Emma
Next week, there is another new episode of “Once Upon a Time” airing on ABC entitled “Smash the Mirror,” but this is not your ordinary episode by any means. Specifically, we’re talking about a grand, two-hour episode that is really going to tell the story all about Emma Swan, and whether or not she can stop herself from going completely out of control due to her magic. Also, Giancarlo Esposito is going to be appearing once again in this episode as the Magic Mirror.
Want some further news related to what you can expect? ABC actually released already the full synopsis for this episode, which is something that is definitely a little unusual for them. Take a look at it below:
“In Arendelle, when the Snow Queen tries to pit Elsa and Anna against each other and it proves more difficult than she anticipates, she takes drastic measures. Meanwhile, in Storybrooke Emma’s powers are out of control and her fear of hurting loved ones pushes her away from everyone she cares about. In her confusion, Emma turns to Gold for help getting her powers under control. Gold tells her about a way to get rid of her powers altogether and Hook tries to put a stop to it. Meanwhile, Regina struggles with her plan to find the author of the storybook until her quest takes an unexpected turn. Robin Hood recruits Will Scarlet to assist him on a mission and Mary Margaret and David search for Emma.”
For those who have not heard, this episode is only going to count at one, so you are basically getting twice as much of what you love about the show, but without having to lose an episode in the process later.

They should make this entire 2 hour special about Elsa and Anna. Christ, it’s already been 7 episodes and if they aren’t gonna be on much longer, then what was the point?! Enough with Emma already, god! I’m so sick of her!

Patient.. And not everyone thinks the way you do. I think that’s it’s great that Emma’s in there trying to control her powers. Elsa and Anna are in it to… I think by what I say on the promo.
