ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 7 spoilers: Big Nathan Fillion storyline ahead; a title change
What’s better than a “Castle” update? How about two in the same story!
Let’s start here with the latest headlines regarding a case that has been haunting the show ever since the season premiere: What in the world happened to Rick that caused him to lose a big chunk of its memory? Per TVLine, this is a subject that is going to be covered heavily in the 14th and 15th episodes of the season, which are going to be airing in February. This is going to bring the show back a little back to that traditional two-parter format that they had for many seasons. Last season was one of first times since the very beginning that they did not do something like this.
However, showrunner David Amann cautions that while this will be a part of the story, it’s not going to be the only part of the story that takes place over these two episodes. More will probably be revealed in the weeks ahead.
Bonus scoop – For those wondering, the upcoming Christmas episode has seen a title change! It was originally titled “Have Yourself a Mobster Little Christmas,” but the name has since been swapped out to be “Bad Santa.” If only this meant that the episode was going to be a parody of that Billy Bob Thornton movie; then again, how do you parody a parody?
Regardless, this episode is going to be the midseason finale for the show, and there may be a few clues about the Rick story sprinkled in here, as well.
