‘The Newsroom’ season 3 video: See top moments of Allison Pill’s Maggie Jordan

We are back again today with another video retrospective for the third season of HBO’s “The Newsroom,” and this one does put into focus someone who has been through a whole lot on this show since the very beginning: Maggie Jordan.

When the show started, she was a young, ambitious, and fairly innocent woman trying to make it within this business, and she’s sense had to witness everything from basic mistakes to corporate turmoil to falling for Jim to eventually suffering a major tragedy in Africa, where her attempts to save the lives of young children led to one of the most haunting situations anyone could possibly face. Following that, she went through a period where she did not know how to move forward in live.

The video below, though, focuses more on the happier times for Allison Pill’s character, and we have heard already that she is going to be in a somewhat-better place when season 3 starts back up than what she has in the past. Jim may even take notice of some of this, which is great news if the two are going to have any sort of future.

However, there is still a major problem there, and that is him continuing to have a girlfriend in Hallie. Not only that, but she has found a new job for herself (at least during the early part of the season) working as a new social-media expert for the company.
