‘Once Upon a Time’ season 4, episode 7 spoilers: ‘The Snow Queen’ and a returning favorite
Before we say anything else when it comes to Sunday night’s new “Once Upon a Time” episode, we have to comment on what is the biggest surprise that we have about it: Cinderella’s coming back!
Jessy Schram has been very busy with “Falling Skies,” and due to that has not appeared on the show since back during the early days as the classic princess. Thanks to this, she has been easily the most-underutilized of the Disney princesses that have appeared on the show. (We’re still waiting to see Princess Jasmine at some point.) Both IMDb and the ABC press release confirm that she is a guest star in this episode, but there is no clue what her role is going to be just yet.
What we can at least give you here is the full synopsis for “The Snow Queen,” including some details about where this woman otherwise known as Ingrid originally comes from:
“Emma captures the Snow Queen and interrogates her at the sheriff’s station. But the Snow Queen uses her prior knowledge of Emma to try to persuade her into thinking that they are more alike than she could possibly imagine. Regina and Robin Hood’s relationship grows increasingly complex as they struggle to find a way to save his dying wife, Emma begins to see what she missed out on by not growing up and being a family with Snow and Charming when she sees how involved Mary Margaret is in baby Neal’s life, and Henry begins his after school job in Gold’s shop while trying to help Regina find a clue to the identity of the author of the storybook. Meanwhile, in Arendelle of the past, we learn about the origin of the Snow Queen and her familial connection to Elsa and Anna as we see her discover her spectacular yet deadly ice powers.”
Obviously, there is a whole lot that is happening here worth looking forward to … and we’ll just have to see where this leads Ingrid when it comes to her plan to create her perfect little super-powered family.
