‘Once Upon a Time’ season 4, episode 6 video: Anna and Elsa’s reunion (in the past)

We have to say that when we first saw Anna depart Arendelle early on during “Once Upon a Time” season 4, we did not honestly believe that the show was going to circle back to getting her in the same room with Elsa again.

Luckily, we have learned something otherwise courtesy of the sneak peek below. Let’s start first of all with Elsa’s makeover here: It is surprising enough to see her not in that standard blue dress, and this almost looks like she’s going punk-rock. Then again, she has been doing something a little bit out of the norm for her lately. She is studying under the tutelage of someone new in the Snow Queen, who is showing her that it is possible to control her powers when she is upset, and not have them completely define her in a way that puts frost on the windows whenever she starts to become stressed.

Since we know now that Elizabeth Lail and Georgina Haig’s “Frozen” characters do at some point reunite now, the question instead turns to why in the world they end up going their separate ways. Obviously, there is something that they encounter while during their journey that forces the two of them to split up, and we wouldn’t be shocked if the Snow Queen knows a thing or two about it. Isn’t it obvious that she would want to get herself involved if she starts to feel like her authority is being questioned? Maybe Arendelle is only a short step away from being Highlander, and she feels like there can only be one.

Regardless, Sunday’s “Family Business” looks both very interesting and very complicated. We’ll have to see where it goes.
