‘Criminal Minds’ season 10, episode 5 preview: See a Thomas Gibson scene from ‘Boxed In’

Wednesday night, “Criminal Minds” season 10 has another new episode airing in “Boxed In,” and if you are a fan of Thomas Gibson, then we’d definitely recommend this one as one to check out. Not only is the actor going to have a big role in it, but he directed it! Also, his son is going to be making an appearance.

At the center of this particular case is also something interesting: A missing child, who suddenly has resurfaced a year after they initially vanished in San Diego on Halloween. Who is involved with this disappearance-turned-reappearance, and how did it happen? This is one of the major themes of the story, and this is discussed and much more in the sneak-peek video below.

Halloween is the theme for the hour as a whole, so expect to see some costumes and decorations of “holiday cheer” (if you can call it that when you are talking about Halloween) really throughout the story.

One other thing that the show could in general benefit from is pretty simple: Not actually having to air against a whole lot of competition. There is no new episode of “Law & Order: SVU” on the air over on NBC, so the crime demographic may have to turn to something a little different for a night. With that being said, the presence of a Game 7 for a World Series may prove to really be quite the hog when it comes to the numbers all across the board tomorrow. These are the situations that networks (or at least Fox) smile about.
