‘Chicago Fire’ season 3, episode 6 preview: A big Jesse Spencer story in ‘Madmen and Fools’

Are you ready to get some more good stuff coming your way via “Chicago Fire”? Next week’s new episode is entitled “Madmen and Fools,” and one of the primary focuses for this particular story is going to be finding out some further details about Casey and his sister. This story is going to be at times difficult and painful, but we also imagine it being more than a little important to his character development.

The synopsis below shows you a little bit of his particular struggle, but there are many other big things to be watchful for when it comes to this hour. Specifically, we are discussing private investigations, and what happens when Dawson takes some of her firefighting training to the next level:

“Casey (Jesse Spencer) comes to the aid of his sister Christie (guest star Nicole Forester) and faces down his corrupt brother-in-law, while Brett (Kara Killmer) goes above and beyond for a mother in need. Elsewhere, Mills (Charlie Barnett) gets educated on the exciting world of unlicensed private investigation and Dawson (Monica Raymond) begins training with Herrmann (David Eigenberg).”

We saw a little of many of these stories teased near the end of tonight’s episode, including Herrmann getting onto Dawson about how she got a spot in the Firehouse, and also Casey trying to confront his sister. Things are only going to get more intense here before they get better.
