This weekend is poised to bring The Vampire Lestat season 3 episode 4 over to AMC — so what more can we say now?

Well, first and foremost, we do think it is worth remembering that there is a story to tell at this point with Armand based almost entirely on what we saw at the end of this past episode. We know that he was in some sort of group meeting, but for what reason? Is it because he is an addict, or because he is trying to get some sort of inside information on something? We don’t think it is some random coincidence that one of Lestat’s band members was in attendance there.

So while Armand goes about his business within this episode (whatever that may be), be prepared to see some emotional stuff with Sam Reid’s character at the same time. To learn more, go ahead and check out the new The Vampire Lestat season 3 episode 4 synopsis below:

Armand goes on an apology tour; Lestat is triggered and lashes out as only he can, publicly embarrassing a personally invited concert attendee with a shoutout; Louis seeks comfort in a familiar face.

The “familiar face” that is noted here is clearly a reference to Regina, the diner waitress played by Delainey Hayles — who also played Claudia. Is there a reason for the physical resemblance of these characters, or is that a mere coincidence? Just like with the Armand storyline, this is clearly one of those things that the show wants you to be guessing at the moment — we just have to wait and see what the end result here will be.

Given that there are only seven episodes to this season, this story marks the halfway point. In other words, be prepared for some significant developments.
