‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 5 spoilers: Will Julian Morris return as Wren?

“Pretty Little Liars” is a show of many luxuries, but one of them is the ability to pick from such an enormous crew of guest stars at any given point. After all, this is what happens when you have so many characters in Rosewood!

So what about a certain familiar face in Wren? What we know about him for now is that he is certainly one of the creepiest characters in Rosewood, mostly because he’s got an interest in high schoolers, and yet, he continues to go about a profession where he is supposed to care for other people.

Unfortunately, at the moment there are no definitive plans as to when we will see the character again. Julian Morris has an arc on “New Girl” right now, and also the upcoming Amazon series “Hand of God.” Basically, he’s got his hands full, but he tells Entertainment Weekly that he has at least discussed the possibility of turning up again with the show’s creator:

“Marlene [King] and I had breakfast a couple weeks ago and really talked about the character … He’s definitely still very much a part of the realm of PLL. Really good ideas have been discussed. There’s a lot [potential] to come back, even if it’s just a little bit.”

Let is be known that despite the fact that character does give us a little bit of the willies, we do want to see Wren back in some capacity. After all, he is such a big part of Rosewood, and his stories have been important over the years. He’s one of those people we wonder about when we haven’t seen him in a while.
