‘Criminal Minds’ season 10, episode 4 preview: Someone and an angry itch
See what happens when “Criminal Minds” doesn’t release a whole lot about some of their upcoming episodes? We’re forced to make some terrible puns about some of their synopses, which is what we clearly did with the title.
“The Itch” is the name of the episode airing on CBS next week, and an unusual skin condition is going to be one of the elements at the center of this particular tale. As we mentioned, there is not a whole lot more available when it comes to this episode, but here is the official synopsis:
“When a body is discovered in Atlanta covered in scratches, the BAU finds that this death and subsequent murders could be linked to an UnSub with an obsessive skin disorder.”
So far this season, one of the biggest struggles that we’re having is basically the same problem we have with almost every season when it comes to this show: So many stories are ultimately the same. We also wish that the show and the publicity department chose more to highlight the individual characters on the show, and not so much the people who are the victims or the UnSubs for a given week.
What we’d really like to see right now is a story that focuses more on the background and the emotions of someone who is in the cast. We had that in tonight’s episode when it comes to Kate Callahan, and hopefully some more people moving forward will be the focus.
Stay tuned, we’ll have further scoop soon.
