‘American Horror Story: Freak Show’ episode 2 spoilers: Prepare for more Twisty, Dandy

When “American Horror Story: Freak Show” airs its second episode on FX Wednesday night, it will be also doing its part to bring two characters closer together than they have been so far: Twisty the Clown, and Dandy the spoiled bray. He is the guy ogling the characters on this past episode, and he and his mother (Frances Conroy) even tried to buy up Bette and Dot from Elsa.

To instead, this coming episode finds Dandy trying to bond with none other than John Carroll Lynch’s fearsome villain, which is probably not a great thing. Speaking to TVLine about his story in this coming episode, the man behind Dandy in Finn Wittrock had the following to say:

“Well, she gets this clown (Twisty) that she finds on the street to basically be his companion. He becomes very enamored by the clown and becomes his acolyte. The clown basically becomes his role model for life. He wants to be him. And he might succeed to a degree.”

This cannot be good, right? You can certainly say that, as Twisty is going to become one of the most feared people on the entire series and maybe even all of television. You are going to find out and understand him a little bit more come the fourth episode of the season, but there will be plenty more evolution to bring us to that point.
