‘The Big Bang Theory’ season 8 spoilers: Meet Howard’s second cousin (with a twist)

Clearly, the writers over at “The Big Bang Theory” are having a whole lot of fun telling the tense story between Howard and Stuart. After all, the latest story suggests that they are going to be sending up the tension between the two characters to yet another level.

Sources confirm to TVLine that “Betas” actress Kara Luiz has been cast on the show as Jeanie, Howard’s second cousin who also happens to be the same woman he lost his virginity to. You can hear that story back during season 3 when Howard was under the influence of brownies.

So what makes this particularly awkward? Well, it has to do with Stuart and Jeanie attending a party together, which may drive Simon Helberg’s character up a wall. After all, Stuart is already living at his mother’s, and to make matters even worse, he loaned money from his mother in order to open up a new comic-book store.

This episode is going to air on CBS in November, which means that you will get a chance to see this storyline back when the show is in its regular timeslot. Come October 30, “The Big Bang Theory” returns to Thursdays, and that terrible experiment known as Thursday Night Football is finally going to come to some sort of close. This means that the show may also get a chance to resume some of its high ratings; it is still the #1 scripted network show, but its ratings have dipped somewhat against “The Voice” and “Dancing with the Stars” on Mondays.
