‘Sons of Anarchy’ series finale: Kurt Sutter posts one ‘ending’ on Instagram
There are many reasons to love “Sons of Anarchy” creator Kurt Sutter, and one of them is simply that he loves screwing with so many of his fans on social media.
In a new post on his Instagram page below, Kurt announced that he finished the script for the series finale airing later this fall, and also posted the “final page” of it. Clearly, this is a joke; while there is a part of us that actually wants to see this filmed, there’s no way this show ends with this happy of an ending. Then again, maybe this clown is Twisty from “American Horror Story“!
The only thing funnier than Sutter putting this out there, and actually taking the time to make a mock script page, is that we’re pretty sure that some people actually believed it. The internet is a very gullible place, dear friends. Let’s up that everything in the series finale remains a secret until it airs; we say this of course as a way to snipe at the trolls who try to record video of things on set that take away from the essence of watching the show live.
The sixth episode of season 7, entitled “Smoke ’em If You Got ’em,” airs tomorrow. This is the episode with a guest appearance from Lea Michele, and also the one that answers whether or not Juice (Theo Rossi) really has it in him to kill Gemma (Katey Sagal). He clearly should, given what he knows about her at this point, and then take off somewhere so far that Jax (Charlie Hunnam) can never find him. After all, the guy was going to be killed by Gemma (at least most likely) in the first place.
