‘Sleepy Hollow’ season 2, episode 4 preview: Ichabod learns to drive and more

There are many interesting story threads that could be woven into the new episode of “Sleepy Hollow” airing on Fox Monday night, but for us at the moment, one of the most entertaining is clearly the thought of Ichabod Crane getting behind the wheel.

After all, remember who this guy was in the pilot, and how utterly clueless he was to most of his surroundings. Do you really want this guy on the road while he tries to figure out what an Exxon station is? Regardless, he is now so eager to drive that he is already getting himself in some “trouble” for it … even with Abbie.

Maybe we are crazy, or maybe we are just big dreamers, but does it appear almost to anyone else like there is some serious flirting going on between Ichabod and Abbie in the preview at the bottom of this article? The whole thing about handcuffs feels a little like Christian Grey, but we imagine there being at least a few things in here that should make the ‘shippers rather happy. The producers hath taken notice!

As for the non-flirty part of this preview, Ichabod and Abbie both get word that there is a missing child, and it happens to be someone Abbie knows via family connections. This embarks the two on the next part of the journey, which of course Ichabod wants to drive to before his partner takes away the keys.

While this may seem like a somewhat-isolated story, we’re still interested in finding out where it leads.
