‘American Horror Story: Freak Show’ notes: Jessica Lange song; Twisty the Clown scoop

Freak Show -It is very likely that “American Horror Story: Freak Show” is still very much on your brain, if for no other reason than you are still having some nightmares all about Twisty the Clown.

We’ve told you before that you are going to see underneath that horrifying mask soon, and it looks like that moment is coming as early as Wednesday. Just look at the Twitter message at the bottom of this article via co-creator Ryan Murphy. We imagine that Twisty is wearing this mask for a reason, and our simple guess is this: Somehow, whatever is underneath that is even more terrifying than everything that we have seen on the surface so far. Let’s hope that you are not too terrified of clowns! Otherwise, you may not want to watch this late at night … or alone … or with your eyes open.

For those who want to see something else when it comes to the series, how about going over to iTunes? At this link, you can actually pick up and download the version of “Life of Mars” that was performed by Elsa (Jessica Lange) during the premiere. Don’t worry; the series is not going to become “Glee” anytime soon, but there are a few organic opportunities for something like this on the show, given the format and the character Lange is playing.

We have one other thing related to “American Horror Story” to look forward to in our official podcast! We’re going to be discussing all things related to each episode, and we will be sitting down with Jason Prager to discuss the next new one on Tuesday night.
