‘The Fosters’ season 2 spoilers: New details about Christmas Special

The Fosters -Are you ready to spend some time with “The Fosters” during this holiday season? Well, you are going to get this opportunity in December; like “Pretty Little Liars,” the show is going to put on a holiday special … and we have some of the first details in terms of what you can expect.

According to a new report from TVLine, this special will feature Callie and Jude spent their first real Christmas with the Fosters, but not everything is going to be particularly rosy. There will be some tension between Stef and Grandma Sharon when it comes to the latter’s penchant for gift-giving, especially when it comes to the source of the money that she is using for these gifts. The report also notes that Lena has to face a “bias” that she holds against a family member.

This episode is not going to be nearly the end of the story for this family in season 2; like “Pretty Little Liars,” there will be another batch of episodes premiering in the new year, most likely in January. However, ABC Family has not confirmed too much right now when it comes to dates. (You’ll have to wait and see what that date is.)

One thing we know for sure is that based on what happened with Callie and Robert Quinn in the summer finale for “The Fosters,” there is quite a bit of story left to tell … and not all of it is going to be easy.
