ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 7 spoilers: Stana Katic, Nathan Fillion, and a fun video

For its latest promo, “Castle” seems to be trying to make everyone forget about the fact that Castle was gone for months, and that Beckett had to endure the thought of being minutes away from a widow. Instead, it wants to reminds us that these two are fun!

Really, we cannot blame them. The video below really does emphasize the parts of Nathan Fillion and Stana Katic’s characters that so many really love, and that includes the passion that they have for each other. If you are worried about their future right now, this should serve as a reminder that you really should not be. While they may be going through some significant issues right now in the wake of what happened with the capture and Castle’s sudden amnesia, it most likely is not going to put a huge dent in their relationship long-term.

The biggest challenge that we envision these characters facing moving forward is simply finding a way to ensure that whoever this captor is cannot do something terrible again. Neither one of them perceives the other as the enemy; instead, it is these outside forces that continue to put so much stress on their relationship.

Hopefully, we’ll figure out a little more in Monday’s “Montreal” just who this villain is, and from there, we will have a much better idea if they can be eventually contained to a certain degree. This mystery won’t be solved in one or even three weeks, but these are all steps in the right direction.
