‘Ray Donovan’ season 2 finale spoilers: Mickey wants his money

Does Mickey Donovan have a plan on the “Ray Donovan” season 2 finale? The better question to ask when it comes to this character is if he always has a plan. The answer there seems to be yes.

While Ray has to ponder over an extremely uncertain future, Mickey will try his hardest to get some cash that he may r may not actually deserve … but that is not going to stop him. As a matter of fact, it could very well subject him to getting his you-know-what kicked.

Whenever we watch Mickey on this show, one of the biggest challenges that we continually find ourselves running into is just the nature of who he is, and how a guy like this can really survive. We know that he is extremely smart, shrewd, and capable of weaseling his way out of almost any situation, but how many times is this really going to work? Sooner or later, we do feel like there is some sort of expiration point on it, and that if this show ends up lasting around five or six seasons, it wills tart to be unrealistic that this character continues to survive. Then again, we saw a similar very-bad-man in Clay survive a lot longer than we thought that he would on “Sons of Anarchy,” and we somehow never had a big problem believing that.
